Down the road from the pier in Frederiksted, Turtle’s serves up the biggest sandwiches on St. Croix. Known for homemade breads and large portions, Turtle’s is a local favorite. Dine in on the covered patio or order to go for a picnic on the beach. I always opt for the salad/sandwich combo. The portions are large enough to be shared. Grab a bag of chips and a cold drink and you’ve got lunch.

Rated one of the Top 10 Restaurants in the Caribbean by USA Today’s Top 10 2017. Savant is one of my favorite places to dine on St. Croix. The food is out of this world and was voted “Most Creative” by the VI Daily News Readers. The ambiance is one of a kind. Serving fresh seafood, Thai dishes, and their famous stuffed filet, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Start off with the grilled calamari and finish with one of the decedent deserts. Inside is charming, but ask for a table in the [...]
