Savant is one of my favorite places to dine on St. Croix. The food is out of this world and was voted “Most Creative” by the VI Daily News Readers. The ambiance is one of a kind. Serving fresh seafood, Thai dishes, and their famous stuffed filet, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Start off with the grilled calamari and finish with one of the decedent deserts.
